Operation Phoenix
Server Updates 11-16-2016
Staff Adjustments -
Russia - Head Administrator, Head Producer, General Administration, Wastelander Lead
Breathing - Head of Crimson Caravan, they are our new BMDs. Server developer.
Grogrock - Town leadership, promoting wastelander groups like shops, etc. General administration.
Reeves - General administration, loot placement and focus on wastelanders.
Valkyrie - FOTA leadership, primarily wastelander focused instead of event driven. General administration and events.
** All staff have the potential to be leading the main factions soon enough. The goal is to be dynamic. **
Forum Changes -
- Event Notice Board is disappearing. This is so our staff can collaborate and work around and amongst each other instead of gunning for monopolies on times.
- There will be a place in the authorizations/complaints region where judges will be picked from our staff to manage each, or two at once.
- Current goal is weekly updates, not really a change but expect them.
- Soon to be made: Thread somewhere in the Wastelander subforum, a property registry. Names will be given to each landmark and the owner will be logged in this thread, occupants, etc.
Server Changes
- The Legion is put on hold as an event material faction for now.
- The NCR will have a greater focus and their own difficulty of events.
Awaiting lead.
- The Wastelander faction now has the potential for more approved groups amongst themselves instead of reliance upon administration-backed factions. IC affects will grant you a further understanding of this change, aka more shops, etc.
- Staff more reliably allocated for specific roles and just overall straightened out.
- Character creation limit will be increased.
- Player created groups fall under the Wastelander scoreboard group, only main factions differ unless special permission is given.
- Crimson Caravan centralized to one building, no more individual shops for each member, backs most events, encouraging more players to join. Opens spots for more player stores.
- This isn't necessarily a change, but a PSA. IF YOU HAVE AMMO, DON'T LOAD IT IMMEDIATELY. STAFF WILL BE HARSHER IN TERMS OF BELIEVING WHETHER OR NOT YOUR AMMO 'DISAPPEARED'. LOAD WHAT'S NEEDED.
- Nutscript Fallout Schema upgrade to 1.1 currently in development, headed by Breathing. Will remedy lots of issues, could take time.
- Static props fix in development, possibly to come with NS 1.1.
- Map changed to rp_apocalypse. Nodes come with the map, more openings for S2K events.
