Skill:
Robot Mechanic - Michael's been trained practically his whole life to repair and craft quite a few robots! He's able to fix them up in a jiffy, and due to this, could be considered an expert--Or even a Master (He'll gladly call himself that) in his work.
Terminals - He knows his way around them, and can rebuild one. He's adept in this, but not really the best. Even he knows this!
Weapons - Repairing them? He can /manage/, but shooting them? He's pretty average. Might even be below average for the time being.
Equipment
Equipment/Gear - A young man standing at 5'7 with dark blue hair and eyes, donning a RobCo Jumpsuit. There is dirt battered across it, and a 10mm SMG rests in a holster from the makeshift utility belt. He speaks with a lightly toned british accent.

Background
Michael was born to a fading bloodline of British-Japanese parents; His father had disappeared mysteriously during a scavenger run, and his deathly ill mother died when he was only six. This left Michael defenseless, though with a (SUPREME AMOUNT) of luck, Michael during his frightened wanderings, found himself in a Rob-CO Factory. With a few Mister Handy's in stasis. He activated them after taking a seat on the terminal to eat his lunch (consisting of burnt radroach meat). The Handy's turned on, and, seeing that he couldn't be a communist spy due to his age (though suspicions were kept for awhile), they chose to do an analysis of the surrounding area. Finding America was war torn, and ravaged with radiation, they brought him under their wings with their duty of care, and began cleaning.
Michael was given a home, and a family, because of his dumb, childish decision to sit on a terminal while eating lunch. At first, the Handy's were successful due to accessing their homely databanks, and being able to adapt and cook the new food to an edible (and slightly good) standard, even giving him a bed! Though, Michael soon noticed his friends deteriorate, and out of everything they could do--What his FAMILY could do, they couldn't repair themselves, or each other. Through a step by step instruction basis, Michael was brought into the mechanical world at a young age, and did his first optic replacement. Coincidentally, Michael installed a different kind of optic; A blue one, which was created and offered as a concept for Mr Handy's in the vaults-- A new style for the newcomers to their new home!
It's unknown whether or not such an addition was ever made into ANY of the vaults, but Michael loved it. The color blue was the color of the optic that set him down his interest for becoming a mechanic. Over time he'd continue making further advancements and harder operations on his family, repairing them as they were his key to survival. They got lucky during one of their scavenges, and found an old 10mm SMG, which Michael BARELY managed to repair, and has since been able to maintain it to an acceptable condition. They even found some blue hair dye and bleach! Which...You guessed it! Caused Michael to dye his hair because 'Blue hair is cool.'He never thought to leave his home until he was nineteen, when the first raider attack occurred.
Thankfully, due to his newly found abilities, Michael was able to defend the building with ease with his Mr Handy's. He got his first taste of Person to Person violence. And so he wandered with his friends! Going from place to place that were...Mainly robot facilities, where each one would drop off. Not from death or shutting down or anything miserable of the sort, but because they'd found their true calling. Albert, the one that usually prepared the food, found his place in a beautiful restaurant in California, while Wilbert and Bert, whom usually went out, scavenged, guarded and took care of Michael, became official guards for an Orphanage in Northern Oregon. Michael continued his travels, knowing that, even if he died, the Takahashi family lived on in them!
