I.D.
Full Name: Bella Eliza Linetti.
Adapted Name: Billy.
Age: 16.
Height: 4'9ft.
Weight: 65lbs.
Hair: Deep Brown.
Complexion: Light caramel.
Eyes: Chestnut.
Notable Features: Vertical blunt-trauma scar across right temple, nose-ring, boxing-taped fists.
Summary: Billy is a young woman standing at 4'9. She looks her age, most people generally gauging her between 16-18 based upon how bruised and tired she's currently looking. She has a very slim build, nearly to the point of malnourishment, though her arms and thighs retain some of their musculature. Whilst she strength-wise can't match up to nearly anyone above her age and few at it, her movements are somewhat fluent and dextreous, coming from both much practice, and a lighter body. She normally wears any kind of shorts that stop above her ankles, a T-shirt that's not baggy but not skin-tight either, and either sandals or combat-boots depending on what she's looking to do throughout the day. Her nose-ring is of a light metallic material, though it's exact makeup is unknown due to the numerous 'forceful trades' it's gone through. Her face is angular and narrow and her eyes look quite large in her small head. Whenever she's not casually lounging about, she normally wears her dark, near-black hair pulled back into a tight ponytail to keep it from going into her eyes. Her right temple has a thin scar going down across it, the degree of faded scartissue locking it in at less than a year in age.

Personal.
Languages: American, very few words in Spanish(Mostly swears and calls.)
Skills: Is able to keep a clear head in a firefight and other stressful situations as long as she's not seriously wounded, extremely high pain tolerance as a result of having taken a fair few beatings in her time, a 'natural problem solver', as in whenever a problem arises she'll try her best to make it go away quick. Tenacious, she rarely backs down from what she percieves to be a fair fight, even if she's starting to lose.
Brief History: Bella was born a twin to her sister Mila to a blind mother and a veteran father. Their father refused to talk about his time as a soldier, though they got quite a few stories from their mother who still had her sight back then. These stories dissuaded Mila from violence, scaring her to a state of near-pacifism where she refuses to raise a hand against anyone unless it's obviously life or death. Bella on the other hand was inspired by these war-stories, and begun to look up to her father as a sort of warrior-guru. Of course, he had long hung up the rifle so to speak, and he refused to train his daughters in anything but the very basics of self-defense. Bella was fine with this until her mid-teens. One day, a few weeks after she turned sixteen, she'd had enough. She wanted to learn how to throw a proper punch, how to defend herself from someone larger and stronger in a hand-to-hand engagement. She made fist-fighting her life goal, and after a few days of heated arguments with both her parents, she simply up and left. She packed some food, some caps, and a single 9mm pistol she'd managed to save up for and headed out on the open road. Her travels were long and harsh, though now, nearly six months later she is shit out of luck. No weapon, no caps and no food. She decided she might as well make the New Delta her final stop and started the job of settling down and getting to know the surroundings. And of course, with a New Delta comes a new name. She didn't quite like the sound of Bella, it's English translation almost an insult to what she wanted to be. Here she'd be Billy. It was a tough name. Nobody fucked with Billy.
Ambitions: First of all, Billy wants to improve her own hand-to-hand prowess to the point where she can compete and win reliably in fight-clubs, rings and the like. She's got no intent on playing fair or honorably, as she believes the only rules to apply in the ring are the Tap-Out or Black-Out.
Second, once she's achieved a champion-rank somewhere, she wants to run an abovementioned fighting ring.
Delights: Honesty, a good scrap, good-natured shit-talking and someone who can throw a mean hook.
Distastes: Authority, someone breaking up a consentual fight, prudes, people who can't take a joke.
Personal Traumas: Suffers recurring nightmares, occasional audial hallucinations.
Personal Flaws: Stubborn to a fault, often takes jokes too far, actively seeks conflict.

Irish Shitbag - This guy. This fuckin' guy. God I haven't had shit thrown back and forth like that since back home. You're cool, fuckhead.
Sarah Gabriels - Ain't nothing like some fearing for your life, wandering in the desert and transporting 'fruit' together to start a friendship. Not too bad to talk to, either.
Cookie - My new boss. Just barely able to look down on me. Something freaky about that whole 'friendly southern mama'-act, though.
Horrible Mugger - I mean, I just pity this guy. He got me all alone, tried to rob me, and I ended up walking out of there thirty caps richer when all I had was a knife against his plasma-pistol. You gotta' be more assertive, man.
-Post to be added ay, I generally don't add neutral characters unless they have a reason to be on there-
